Good posts, Joyce with plenty of interesting tips, too. There's so much information out there and passed-on knowledge from previous generations. It's important we take the time to re-learn a lot of those old skills our parents and grandparents took for granted. We're going to need them - and so are our kids and grand-kids.
The pictures of your garden look very enticing and mixing veggies and flowers together makes for a much more attractive as well as productive garden. Neighbours and passers-by will notice and start copying what you are doing - as well as friends and family.
This is what being a role model means - small is beautiful.
Good luck with your organic experiment.
Best wishes,
Terry
